How much does an event massage cost?

Prices for an event vary depending on the size of the event and the number of hours you want to receive our service.

What is included in the price?

Our corporate massage service prices include service fees, travel expenses, mats, and VAT. We also accommodate withholding tax. Please note that the cost for transporting massage chairs is not included and will vary based on logistics expenses.

How long is a massage per employee?

Suitable service durations for corporate massages are 15, 30, or 60 minutes per person, which can be adjusted based on the number of participants. For example, if you have a large team, we recommend booking 15-minute sessions per person. In one hour, a single therapist can provide massages for 4 people. However, if you opt for 30-minute sessions, a therapist can only massage 2 people an hour.

RLAX therapists receive comprehensive training and onboarding through our partnership with Thai Oasis Spa School.
They have their qualifications and credentials thoroughly and positively verified.
They bring over 2 years of experience in corporate massage and are continually supported by our Customer Happiness Team to ensure top-notch quality.

What is a massage chair, and what does it look like?

Our massage chair is expertly designed for effective treatment of the neck, shoulders, and office syndrome. It allows users to straddle the chair and lean forward, giving the therapist better access and leverage compared to a standard upright chair.

The service fee includes transportation, face sheets, and cleaning supplies.

What types of massages are available for event massage?

RLAX offers three types of event massages:

Neck, shoulder, and back massage
Hand massage with essential oils
Foot massage with balm

Pricing varies for each type of massage. Please contact our sales team for a quote and more details.

Can I cancel or change the date of my massage?

Yes, you may. We completely understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you inform us three days before the scheduled date, you can reschedule your appointment at no extra cost. Additionally, your credit will remain valid for up to 3 months.

Do I need to prepare anything for a corporate massage?

By choosing RLAX, your therapist will bring everything needed for the perfect spa-quality corporate massage.

Your therapist will bring a massage chair and everything else required. For a more seamless experience, we would suggest that you prepare a clean, dedicated space of about 1.5m x 1m for the office chair massage.

Is registration and queue management available?

To ensure a smooth and organized corporate massage experience, event organizers can create a schedule and allow employees or attendees to sign up in advance. While we do not currently offer on-site registration or queue management services, we are happy to provide guidance on setting up the schedule.
