RLAX offers a streamlined booking process for in-room massage services.

• Book massages for guests via our web booking platform.

• Receive booking confirmation & details via email.

• Therapist will arrive at the property – about 15 minutes before the appointment.

Our therapists will bring everything required for a blissful massage, including a mat, linen sheet, organic oils, and play relaxing spa music in the background. This process simplifies the guest experience, making it easy and convenient for hotel guests to enjoy in-room massages.

RLAX currently offers its hotel massage services in the following locations:

• RLAX seeks the cooperation of our therapists to wear a face mask during the massage.

• RLAX requests that our therapists & guests wash their hands before & after the massage.

• RLAX will provide fresh, laundered sheets for every appointment. Guests may also choose to use their own sheets if preferred.

• RLAX kindly requests that all therapists & guests refrain from working or booking a massage, if they feel unwell or display any symptoms.
